Some notes: Always start with the small chip shots. Don’t try and hit the ball too far. Place ball back in stance. Keep leading arm strong. You can experiment with opening and closing the club face.

July 7, 2013I will give that a go when we able to get onto the course (rained out all weekend) but another one that is quite good Cam is if you are having trouble with your chipping come pitch shots (for rh golfers) is position the ball the same but with your right leg rest it on your toe (standing on left leg only) and then chip from that position because it makes you forget about the chipping action and just hit it.

July 9, 2013Adam: I think writing is a lot like golf. A lot. The more I write the more I realise this.
And here’s the thing. I reckon you’ve gotta write like there’s no tomorrow. You’ve got to NOT care what others think. You need to write for yourself first, and worry what others think later. Much later. So my advice is to keep going. Churn out more words and the magic will come. Maybe the magic is already there, you just don’t know it yet.
